Krista Briglia

Krista Briglia—Senior Director, Community Impact, United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey
Krista currently works as Impact Manager at United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey A nonprofit management professional with over 10 years experience, Krista earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) at Rutgers-Camden. She has demonstrated ability in strategic planning, fundraising and in written and oral communications, as well as a high level of expertise in program evaluation, research, relationship building, and staff and budget management, and significant expertise in project management, volunteer management, community philanthropy, leadership development, and program development.Krista previously worked at both the United Way of Camden County and the United Way of Greater Union County.

Robert D’Intino

Robert D’Intino—Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship, Rowan University Bob teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in strategic management and social entrepreneurship. His academic research focuses on entrepreneurial leadership, social entrepreneurship, and new legal forms for social enterprise organizations around the world. His work is published in entrepreneurship and management journals. He has presented his research at academic conferences in the US and globally over the past twenty-five years and he serves on the board of directors of several professional and nonprofit organizations.

Tiffany Donio, Esq.

Tiffany Donio, Esq.—Partner, Archer/NPDC Secretary
Tiffany specializes in the practice of corporate law and tax law.  She provides representation to for-profit entities and their principals in a variety of matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, corporate and partnership terminations, mergers and acquisitions, business contracting and public company reporting obligations.  Tiffany also advises clients on a variety of tax issues, including choice of entity, conversions from one form of entity to another, income tax planning, federal and state tax audits and appeals, and compliance with state and local tax laws. She is Second Vice Chair of the Tax Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association, and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and she has been named one of “2017 Women to Watch” in South Jersey Biz Magazine; andSNJ Business People40 Under 40 (2014); Recipient, Arthur T. Vanderbilt Prize in Legal History, Rutgers School of Law-Camden (2006); Recipient, First Year Writing Award, Rutgers School of Law-Camden (2006); and Recipient, Pro Bono Award, Rutgers School of Law-Camden (2006).  Tiffany is a candidate for an Executive LL.M. in Taxation from New York University, which she hopes to complete by December 2019.

Wanda is Managing Principal of WP Hardy Consulting, LLC, specializing in management consultancy, training, organizational and professional development to private, governmental and nonprofit organizations and academic institutions. In addition to her responsibilities with WP Hardy Consulting, Wanda is President and CEO of the Financial Wellness Institute, a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening families and communities.  She is also a part-time Lecturer in the College of Arts & Science and School of Business at Rutgers University (Camden), where she teaches economics and business courses.A champion of issues impacting the economic health of the community, Wanda is Trustee for Kennedy University Hospital Foundation and the Community Foundation of Southern Jersey.  In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors for Wells Fargo Regional Foundation and CD She is a founding member and President of the Board of NPDCSNJ.

Matt Jakubowski

Matt’s primary professional responsibility is to partner with nonprofit clients to build risk management programs that protect their mission, reputation and assets. As a licensed property and casualty broker, his strengths include relationship building and consulting on best-in-class risk management practices. Matt has been working in the field of insurance since 2013—the year he joined the Gallagher team as an intern. A Regional Board Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence Region, he earned dual degrees in Political Science and Economics from High Point University and his certifications includeAAI, Accredited Adviser in Insurance and CRIS, Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist. Ryan Kastner

Outside of Innovative, Ryan invests his time in philanthropic interests. Since 2013. Ryan has sat on the United Way’s Burlington County Cabinet. Ryan has been named Cabinet Chair for 2018-19 and has been asked to join the local Board of Directors.  Ryan has also sat on the board of the Non Profit Development Center of Southern New Jersey since 2015. In 2016, Ryan was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 Award by SNJ Business People, the 20 Under 40 Award by South Jersey Biz Magazine, and one of the “Men of the Year” by South Jersey Magazine. In 2017, Ryan received the Cabinet Member of the Year award from the United Way.

As a Relationship Manager for TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank, Katie focuses on growing a Commercial portfolio through building new customer relationships throughout Camden, Burlington, and Mercer Counties. Katie has been with TD Bank since 2012 where she started as a Credit Portfolio Manager.  Prior to her career at TD, Katie held numerous roles at Wells Fargo including: Senior Credit Manager, Financial Consultant, Branch Manager, and Assistant Store Manager.Katie is a graduate of Susquehanna University and received her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.  She is extremely involved in the community and currently serves as the Treasurer of the Doctors Advisory Alliance, and as a board member of the Camden County Chamber of Commerce.

Frances McElhill, Esq.

Fran has more than 30 years’ experience representing education clients, and has served as chief outside counsel to several area colleges and universities, including The University of the Arts in Philadelphia. She has also served as chief outside counsel to various United States and international consortia of higher education clients; has represented, and has also served as counsel to the Apereo Foundation Incorporated (a consolidation of Jasig, Inc. and the SAKAI Foundation), an international consortium of higher education institutions that supports open source software development for the advancement of the academic missions of member institutions. And she has worked with iSchools, a consortium of the information science/information studies schools in higher education institutions worldwide. Fran also represents significant United States private foundations and public charities with affiliated foreign NGOs, and has experience with the federal income tax expenditure responsibility and equivalency determination requirements. Prior to joining Archer, Fran was outside corporate counsel to Cabrini College in Radnor, Pa., and LaSalle University in Philadelphia.

Ira Weissman

Ira Weissman—President, Idea Innovations, LLC/Co-Founder Camden Youth Aviation Program
A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Ira has over 40 years of experience in project and program management, quality and training.  He brings with him a passion for non-profit work, where he has spent over 20 years in high-level volunteer positions and has also been a volunteer coordinator for a non-profit coordinating agency.  Ira has merged his Lean Six Sigma knowledge and his passion for nonprofits by writing the chapter Operational Excellence in Non-Profits for the book Driving Operation Excellence ( Ira’s background includes being Curator\Director—Air Victory Museum; Member Tuskegee Airmen’s National strategic planning committee; Member-Diocese of Camden’s Community Relations Advisory Board; Co-Founder/Chairperson-Camden Youth Aviation Program. Ira is currently working with Gregory Derham of the Garden State Education Group to create the Aviation Maintenance Academy of Southern NJ.

Michael Willmann

Michael Willmann—CEO, WMSH Marketing Communications/NPDC Interim Executive Director
An Emmy-winning communications veteran, Michael is the co-founder of WMSH Marketing Communications. A graduate of Fordham University (BA) and the University of Pennsylvania Law School (JD), he is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia, as well as before the Supreme Court of the United States. Michael is a former Emmy-winning television news and public affairs producer for Group W Television, as well as an award-winning reporter for the Philadelphia Inquirer and an active freelance journalist and editorial consultant. The recipient of Adjunct Teaching Excellence Awards from both Camden County College and Salem Community College, he has been a member of 13 NPO boards, including the Board of NPDCSNJ since its inception and he served as NPDC Chair from 2008 to 2014.A graduate of Leadership New Jersey’s Class of 2001 and the Rutgers-Camden Southern New Jersey Regional Leadership Institute’s Class of 2004, he has receivedthe Philadelphia Bar Association’s Scales of Justice Award and the New Jersey Governor’s Volunteer Award for the Arts.
