Ron brings extensive experience in higher education, with strengths in strategic planning, compliance, operations, and data management. At Salem Community College, he leads the Office of Institutional Research, Planning & Effectiveness, overseeing data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making and policy development. His team ensures data accuracy and collaborates across departments to enhance student learning, program assessment, and engagement. Prior to SCC, Ron served at the University of Pennsylvania as a residential services manager. He holds degrees from Penn State (M.S.), Temple University (B.A.), and Community College of Philadelphia (A.A.). Ron is committed to continuous improvement and institutional excellence.
