Lois has led the Wells Fargo Regional Foundation & CDC’s grantmaking since 2001, managing over $92 million in performance-based grants focused on resident-driven neighborhood revitalization. Her work supports affordable housing, economic development, leadership building, and family services. Lois also helps refine the Foundation’s strategies using data and insights from its grant portfolio. She joined Wells Fargo in 1994, holding various roles in commercial banking, and began her career at Chemical Bank New York. Active in her community, Lois serves on the Community Foundation of South Jersey board and holds leadership roles with CNJG and Haddonfield United Methodist Church. She holds a BA in economics from Rutgers.
