Stuart is a pioneering real estate developer whose work helped shape Center City Philadelphia. He led the legislation for Pennsylvania’s first condominium and developed several landmark projects, including Green Tree Run, the first historic warehouse rehab under the 1976 Tax Reform Act, and the first apartments on the Philadelphia waterfront. He is the Founder and Chair of the Haddonfield Outdoor Sculpture Trust, co-founder of the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia, and serves on multiple advisory boards. A Temple Business School graduate, Stuart has received numerous awards for historic preservation and ecology, and has lectured at Temple, Drexel, and Wharton.
