Joe is Market President at Fulton Bank (formerly Republic Bank), overseeing the bank’s commercial and retail growth in Pennsylvania. With over 27 years in banking, he previously served as Regional Vice President at TD Bank. Joe has held roles in credit analysis, asset recovery, and commercial lending. He is an active community leader, serving on the boards of Rowan College at Burlington County, Kennedy Health Foundation, Boys & Girls Club of Mercer County, and several other organizations. Joe holds a bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and resides in Haddon Township with his family.
