Jim brings over 30 years of executive leadership experience in educational and behavioral health organizations. Known for his strategic insight and data-driven approach, Jim is a respected industry thought leader who consistently drives strong results across diverse operational areas—including education, clinical services, technology, finance, and development.

As Chief Business and Government Relations Officer at Acenda Integrated Health, Jim leads advocacy and government relations for a mission-driven organization dedicated to moving lives forward. He is passionate about empowering individuals, families, and communities—helping them find their voice, and stepping in to be that voice when needed.

Throughout his career, Jim has led organizations ranging from 125 to 800 employees, combining big-picture vision with practical, hands-on management. His past leadership roles include President of the Daytop New Jersey Academy and CEO of Daytop Village of New Jersey, where he helped shape the growth and impact of key nonprofit programs.

Jim’s public service contributions include appointments to the Governor’s Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Task Force, the NJ Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services Professional Advisory Committee, and the State Integrated Health Advisory Panel. He currently serves as Chair of the Public Policy Committee for the NJ Alliance for Children, Youth and Families.
