Rev. White has been a steadfast leader and advocate for the Camden community for over three decades. Since 1988, he has served as Pastor of Woodland Avenue Presbyterian Church, and since 1996, he has also led as President of the Woodland Community Development Corporation (WCDC)—a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting families in Camden, with a focus on the Morgan Village neighborhood. Under Rev. White’s leadership, WCDC has launched a range of impactful, no-cost programs aimed at fostering self-sufficiency and improving the quality of life for local residents.
In addition to his work in Camden, Rev. White serves as Chaplain at Valley Forge Military Academy, continuing his lifelong commitment to service and mentorship.
A retired Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Air Force and Army Reserve, Rev. White also served as Director of the Camden County Office of Veteran Affairs from 2012 to 2019, advocating for the needs of local veterans and their families.
Rev. White’s mission has always been rooted in faith, service, and community empowerment, and his work continues to leave a lasting impact across Camden and beyond.
