As CEO of Bancroft, one of the region’s largest human services providers, Toni has led transformative growth, expanding programs for individuals with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and neurological challenges. Her leadership culminated in the opening of the 80-acre Welsh Campus in Mt. Laurel, a state-of-the-art facility offering education, treatment, and recreation. Bancroft now operates 200+ homes across NJ, PA, and DE, along with schools, vocational programs, and neuro-rehab services at four NJ locations. Toni serves on several boards including Lourdes Health, Fulton Bank, and Peirce College, and continues to champion innovative, person-centered care for individuals and families.
